Pricing and Payment Terms
Please call or email us for current pricing. All orders are subject to credit approval. Payment on account is due 30 days from invoice date. All past due accounts are subject to 1 1/2% per month (18% per year) interest charge and collection cost.

Limited Warranty
Keeper Goals reserves the right to repair, replace or refund as appropriate any material defects or manufacturing defects. Any misuse, alteration or modification of the products void any warranty.

Freight/Shipping
F.O.B.
Customer is responsible for inspecting all freight for signs of shortage or damage upon products arrival. Any damage or shortage to freight must be noted on bill of lading before signing. It is the customer responsibility to contact the carrier to report a claim. Keeper Goals will assist wherever possible in claims.

Returned Merchandise
All returns must be authorized and return freight prepaid. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are not returnable.

General Warning
We make every effort to ensure the safety and performance of all Keeper Goal products. This does not guarantee freedom from injury. All products are sold with the condition that the user assumes all risk of injury. All athletes assume a degree of risk of accidental injury during athletic activities. Please inspect all Keeper Goal equipment for damage and deterioration before each activity. Equipment should not be used without proper training or supervision.
