Windscreen, Gym Dividers and Pads
WINDSCREEN
Windscreen is a great way to reduce noise and enhance the appearance of any facility. We offer a variety of materials and colors to choose from. Every windscreen panel is custom-made to fit your dimensions and is finished with a vinyl edge and grommets. Windscreen is available in different weights and strengths (of polypropylene) and is vinyl-coated. Windscreen can display a custom logo, sponsor name or school name. Things to consider when purchasing windscreen:
- What are the actual heights of the fences?
- What are the widths and where are there gates or gaps in the fencing?
- Is there a fence cap in place?
- Are fences strong enough for wind load? Consult with the fence company to determine if the fence is designed for attaching windscreen.
- Custom requirements: weight of mesh, logos, wind vents, colors, etc. Please call us, we would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Colors available: Polypropylene – forest green, hunter green, black. Vinyl – royal blue, Carolina blue, purple, red, navy blue, slate blue, burgundy, orange, white, forest green, yellow, black.

Divider Curtains
Divider curtain allows you to maximize the use of any large area by subdividing into several multiple-use areas. We offer a wide variety of styles, colors and materials for both the tracking and curtains. All are custom-designed to meet your own precise requirements. Curtains and tracking are available in roll up, fold up and walk-draw systems. Please contact us for measuring instructions. Court dividers can be made in any size or shape.
For a quote please provide:
- Exact dimensions of the area you want covered.
- Application: What are you protecting or dividing?
- How do you want curtain to hang or retract?
- Any custom requests: duct work, lights in the way, type of beams, type of ceiling etc. In most instances detailed drawings and digital pictures are required for quote.
INDOOR/OUTDOOR DIVIDER NETTING
Divider nets for tennis courts are necessary for uninterrupted play.
Black and green styles for indoor/outdoor use are weather treated towithstand moisture and sunlight. Natural white netting is for indoor application.
Netting is durable 1-3/4" square mesh #420 knotless nylon of 125-lb break strength. Double-sewn 1-1/2" reinforced vinyl-coated polyester borders. Heavy-duty brass grommets every 18" along top, standard: additional grommets may be specified. Black, green or white styles. Standard 10' or 12' heights, to custom lengths. Custom heights available.
BACKDROP CURTAINS
We custom all types of backdrop curtains. We can provide full service from curtain design to actual installation. Standard material is available in 13 oz. and 18 oz./square yard weights of vinyl-coated polyester. Heights of curtains generally range from 9' to 12', though virtually any height is possible. Features include heat-sealed seams and reinforced hems double sewn with lock stitching. Options offered include the placement of doorways, ventilation cut-outs and divider wings.
CUSTOM GYM DIVIDERS
Divider curtains allow you to maximize the use of any large area by subdividing it into several multiple use areas. They also provide effective traffic management through restricted use areas. We offer several styles, colors and material choices, all custom manufactured to your own precise requirements.
ROLL-UP or WALK-DRAW MOUNTING SYSTEMS
We can design your dividers as either walk-draw or roll-ups, and we can provide the tracking and installation hardware necessary to make them work smoothly. We feature track mounting systems from Rig-I-Flex® and Besteel®, two of the industry's simplest, most servicible and versatile systems. All track systems come with either steel or aluminum track (your choice), all necessary hardware including hanging and/ or ceiling clamps, end stops, splice clamps and carriers (one per foot).
MEASURING FOR CUSTOM DIVIDERS
Gym dividers are custom manufactured and require precise made-to-order measurements. We recommend contacting us for measuring instructions. Samples, specifications and quotations are available upon request.
Protective Padding/Floor Mats
Often objects such as walls, posts or railings are in dangerous positions. People can be injured unless these objects are properly padded. Padding is available for both indoor and outdoor application in a variety of thickness and colors. Pads can be made in any size or shape.
For a quote on padding or mats please provide:
- What is the exact dimension of the area you want covered?
- Application: What are you protecting and where?
- How do you want pad to attach to structure: Velcro or permanent?
- Do you have any custom requests: cut outs, colors or wood panels?
Examples of pads available: safety wall panels, pole pads, personal work-out mats, tumbling mats, pole vault pits, high-jump pits, skill builders padding and custom padding.
