Tennis Posts

We have multiple tennis-post options to suit your needs for professional or recreation courts. All tennis system gears are resistant to weather elements and have a 30 to 1 gear ratio for tightening net with a removable handle. Nets, sleeves, anchors and center straps are sold separately. All posts are available in green or black.

#Premier XS – 2 7/8" OD round posts are made of eight gauge steel complete with welded lacing rods. Gears are available in stainless steel, plate steel or brass. Hardware is available in chrome or brass finish. We use jam-free cable tensioning hardware system with superior hardened gears and case.

#Premier RD/SQ – 3" OD RD or 3" SQ 11 gauge steel, with welded lacing rods, for securing net to post. DTP-37 – 3" OD RD with extra heavy 3/16" steel wall thickness, complete lacing rods. KG-Sidewinder – 2 7/8" OD & 3 1/2" OD with 3/16 wall; heavy-duty external wound post.

#KG-24PVC – 2 7/8" or 3" OD plastic for post.

#KG-GS24 – 24" long round steel. #KG-GS24 – SQ/ST 24" square round steel.

#KG-ANCHOR – Center tie-down anchor.

Nets

All nets meet USTA requirement for offi cial size (42' x 3'6"). Nets are 1 3/4" braided mesh. All headbands have been lock-sewn with four rows of 32# white thread; the sides and bottom tapes are double-lock-stitched with black thread. All nets, unless stated, include dowels, lacing cord and heavy-duty vinyl coated cable.

Championship Nets

#TN36DM – Vinyl-coated polyester, 2 ply headband (weight 65oz), 3.5 mm braid polyethylene netting, 325 break-strength. Top six rows are double mesh. Fiberglass dowels. #TN36 – Vinyl -coated polyester, 2 ply headband (weight 65oz), 3.5 mm braid polyethylene netting, 325 break strength. Fiberglass dowels.

Tournament Nets

#TN30DM – Vinyl-coated polyester 2 ply headband (weight 65oz), 3 mm braid polyethylene netting, 285 break strength. Top 6 rows double mesh. Hardwood dowels.

Recreation Nets

Tennis Bounding Boards

Resilient surface provides a preferred rebound effect. Boards are construct ed with material to buffer ball impact noise. Boards are made of durable plastic face boards, high strength galvanized steel frames and corrosion resisting fasteners that meet IBC wind loads.

Windscreen

Windscreen is a great way to reduce noise and enhance the appearance of any facility. We offer a variety of materials and colors to choose from. Every windscreen panel is custom-made to fit your dimensions and is finished with a vinyl edge and grommets. Windscreen is available in different weights and strengths (of polypropylene) and is vinyl-coated. Windscreen can display a custom logo, sponsor name or school name. Call with information listed below so we can help determine what type of windscreen meets your needs.

Things to consider when purchasing windscreen:

What are the actual heights of the fences?
What are the widths and where are there gates or gaps in the fencing?
Is there a fence cap in place?
Are fences strong enough for wind load? Consult with the fence company to determine if the fence is designed for attaching windscreen.
Custom requirements: weight of mesh, logos, wind vents, colors, etc. Please call us, we would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
