Forms of Payment

We accept cash, check, purchase orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

To place an order you will need to provide the following information:

A method of payment – either a purchase order, or credit card information for a down payment. If using credit card, we can send you our secure link.

A shipping address

A shipping contact person's name and phone number

A tax-exempt/resale form from IL, IN, MN, NC, NY, TN, WI if applicable.

Price Increase Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms Policy/Credit Approval

All orders are subject to credit approval.

Payments on approved accounts are due 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise noted.

All past due accounts are subject to a 1 1/2% per month (18% per year) interest charge and collection cost.

All orders without credit approval must be prepaid.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at the time of order and will be billed as soon as order ships.

Custom Orders

All custom work must be pre-paid and is non-returnable.

Returns

All returns must be authorized, and return-freight prepaid by the customer.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Custom orders are not refundable.

Shipping

Residential deliveries, lift gate requests, and phone requests to schedule a delivery appointment may incur additional charges.

School/Non-Commercial deliveries and deliveries to athletic fields may incur additional charges.

Keeper Goals ships products across the United States and Canada.

For Shipments to Canada:

The customer is responsible for any fees/taxes that apply.

The customer must provide their broker information for clearing customs.

Keeper Goals will not contact any freight forwarding companies on your behalf.

For shipping products to countries besides the U.S. and Canada:

Customers are welcome to arrange their own freight.

Once products are ordered Keeper Goals will be happy to provide you with the package sizes and weights so you can arrange your own freight.
