Project Spotlight - Moor Downs Golf Course
Share
Moor Downs Golf Course in Waukesha recently took an important step toward enhancing safety for both players and the surrounding community. Situated near local businesses and active public areas, the course recognized the growing need to protect nearby properties from stray golf balls – a reality for many modern golf facilities as usage increases and land around them becomes more developed.
To meet that challenge, Moor Downs partnered with Keeper Goals to design and install a new protective barrier netting system. The goal was clear; create a solution that delivers reliable safety without compromising the natural beauty and openness that golfers expect.
Keeper Goals brought its expertise in high-performance netting systems to the project, guiding the installation from planning to final setup. The result is a streamlined, durable barrier that blends into the environment while providing the level of protection the surrounding businesses need. Spanning 360 feet and standing 30 feet tall, the netting helps reduce the risk of property damage, and ultimately offers peace of mind for both course management and neighbors.
This project highlights how thoughtful design and quality materials can turn a safety upgrade into a long-term investment. For Moor Downs Golf Course, the new netting not only enhances player and public safety, but also supports the course’s commitment to being a good neighbor within the community.
Keeper Goals is proud to have played a key role in bringing this project to life – helping Moor Downs continue offering a great golf experience with added protection where it matters most.
