Adam Fink joined Keeper Goals in February 2023 as the Business Operations Manager. This is a newly created position at Keeper Goals and Adam will be an integral part of the Keeper Goals team. He brings a wealth of experience, having spent 20 years working for small to medium size manufacturers in the Milwaukee area, most recently at Kapco Metal Stamping as a Key Account Manager.
Adam joins Keeper Goals with a unique and valuable skill set. He earned a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Over the last 20 years, he has worked for manufacturers of brake systems, custom paint, and metal fabrication in engineering, sales, and leadership roles. This allowed him to work directly with high-powered companies like Harley-Davidson, Polaris Industries, and Oshkosh Corporation. This diverse experience equips him with a perspective and skill set to support Keeper Goals’ growth and leadership in the market.
Adam comments, “I have known of Keeper Goals most of my soccer life and knew if there were ever a chance to join, I would jump at it. The people, culture, and product were always something that attracted me. I look forward to combining my passion and 20 years of professional experience with small and medium size world-class manufacturers to support Keeper Goals’ growth.”
Soccer has been a lifelong sport obsession for Adam. He started playing in the Tosa Kickers program at an early age and played four years at Wauwatosa East High School. He continued playing regularly for clubs in Madison and Milwaukee until an ACL surgery slowed down the playing time, but he still gets out on the pitch whenever possible. He spent some time living in England, watching live games in one of the greatest leagues in the world. Arsenal and Sunderland are his two favorite teams. Sunderland reminds him of his hometown Milwaukee. Come on Black Cats!
He began coaching soccer six years ago, starting in the Milwaukee Kickers Rec program and is currently coaching teams in both the Milwaukee Kickers and Bavarian United Rec programs.On weekends you can either find him on the sideline coaching or watching soccer games from the Domestic or European leagues.
Adam resides in Whitefish Bay, WI, with his wife, Jill, and three daughters.
